Spring is here-the Sandhills have been making quite a rukus for the past two weeks. It's great to be out just as the day is waking and hear all the sounds. Cranes are always the most notable. Turkeys? Not so much as I'd like lately. Molly, our new lab, is coming along-slowly on the getting used to the cats thing. Her retieving is very good and she does have a good nose. Just one mtn bike ride in and I felt terrible-time to make an extra effort to get out. Track is ...track, and eats up so much time, I'm ready to have spring off in the future.
